Four villas are planned to be built on the land, and we expect monthly costs per villas to be around 80 Euro for cleaning of the house, pool and gardens. Of course you are free to stop or reduce this service over the periods that you are not staying in Bali; the choice is up to you. There will also be water and electricity expenses.

There will also be a 24-hour security service, which we recommend, as well as costs for maintaining the public facility areas; these expenses are to be shared by all owners.
