Prices and Payment

We not only want to make promises, but also to fulfill them. The building materials are of the best quality, which might in the first instance seem expensive, but we want you to enjoy your villa for many years. We use top quality roofing materials, swimming-pool equipment and in most instances jati (teak wood). After finishing the building, the house will receive a complete termite treatment from Rentokil and this comes with a 3-year guarantee.

In addition, in this environmentally friendly project we are utilizing a Waste Water Treatment Garden and a foreign solar system.

Our villa package includes:

  • Land size 600 m2, access to public facilities like way to main street, parking area and public gardens
  • All building constructions inclusive a small storage house
  • Swimming-pool 4 x 9 m, Whirl-Pool Ø 1,5 m, Pool deck 6 x 18 m
  • Water, hot water provided by solar water heater
  • Electricity – 3.500 Watt
  • Waste Water Treatment Garden
  • Termite treatment by Rentokil – guarantee 3 years

There are no hidden costs. All you have to do is move in!

Price for 1 bedroom villa:
96.000 €

Price for 2 bedroom vila:
112.000 €

Payment:
There will be three-payment installments and the terms are as follows:

50% after the signature at the notary.
40 % after the completion of the roof and the swimming pool.
10% upon completion and key delivery.
All the payments are in Euro.
After receipt of your first payment you will receive the original certificate of your land.

Ownership

You will find much information on the internet about the subject of land ownership in Indonesia. The fact is that as a foreigner you are not allowed to own land in Indonesia. Nevertheless, there are two legal options for you.

  1. Make a subcontract with a local name holder for the land.
  2. Choose a land certificate in your name called “Hak Pakai” with the right of land usage.

We work together with a very well known notary in South Bali who has an excellent command of the English language and can give you professional support to ensure you find the best solution for yourself. Or you are welcome to choose your own notary.
